All artists & guests must provide the following, in order to enter the festival: 1. Provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19; or 2. Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test, taken within 72 hours Dylanfest. The earliest you can take the test in Wednesday, Sept. 22nd. We will be checking documentation for every guest upon entry. Please be prepared to present your vaccination card or negative test result (a photo result saved to your phone is OK).
