One of the monumental Band songs that shines forth from the screen during The Last Waltz. Joan Baez had trouble with the line “stampeding cattle they rattle the walls…” But when your heart is breaking and you can’t stop the voices in your head from thundering, the meaning and the appropriateness of the word choice is clear.
